Chef Tony Catering holds reserved “Event Dates” by contract on a first booked, first served basis. The contract fee is 25% of the grand total for services. Special provisions allow clients to incorporate changes to their menu and guest count up to three weeks prior to the event. Fifty (50) person minimum required
Insurance liabilities do not permit Chef Tony Catering to provide bartender staff, set-ups, or glassware for alcohol. We can offer referrals on bartenders that can be employed by our clients. Specifically Redman Group – Matt Whisman- (918) 704-5475
A 20% Gratuity is added to all menus and covers all delivery charges, set-up fees, buffet linens, and professional serving staff.
